Pinnacle Listings providers custom website creation and hosting services for luxury real estate listings. Our services include, but are not limited to, website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and marketing automation tools.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed upon. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Professional and appropriate

Compliant with real estate regulations

Free from discriminatory content

Respectful of third-party rights, including copyright and trademark rights

6. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Listings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
